Matilde Cano

The Designer Matilde Cano has come a long way in the world of fashion since she started her brand in 1976 when she presented the first Prêt-à-Porter Collection, successfully showing her mastery in combining the trends light and colour. She did not forget her home town origins of Córdoba, including her real feel and extensive knowledge of the Spanish flair in fashion. Over the years the brand’s expansion has continued with its recognised collections of evening dresses, cocktail and occasion wear, making the brand a leader in the sector of social events. Thanks to the care in selecting the raw materials, Silk, Chiffon, Muslin or French Chantilly and the continuous research of elegance we get the final result. In that same year, Matilde Cano received a Mention of Honour award, she opened her first boutique in her hometown Cordoba, followed by new openings of seven own brand stores and then multi-brand stores throughout Spain, the European Union and the Middle East. Actually we start the research to approach the US market with the business emphasis in New York. She is not only recognised in our country, the international market has opened its doors, she was once proposed by the foreign trade department to internationalize the company. She chose the French market as the first step towards the international expansion, positioning the product into multi-brand stores, expansion followed with the Italian and Portuguese markets.

BODAS DE VERANO: COMO VESTIR SEGÚN EL PROTOCOLO.

Empieza junio y con ello abrimos la temporada de las increíbles bodas de verano. Época de calor, nos apetece lucir moreno y vestidos más frescos. Sin embargo, a muchas os surge la duda, ¿y para la iglesia?

Bien sabemos que, si se trata de una ceremonia religiosa, no esta bien visto lucir hombros al aire o escotes muy pronunciados y por ello, es más difícil encontrar lo adecuado y que se adapte a todas estas características.

En este caso, os diremos que no dejéis de lucirlo en la celebración de después y os contamos nuestro truco para la hora de la ceremonia en la iglesia:

LOS COMPLEMENTOS.

Lo ideal es ponerse una capa de gasa por los hombros. Al ser finita no da calor y conseguimos ir perfectas para la ocasión pudiendo quitarla después. Asimismo, otro complemento perfecto sería un caftán, una prenda de lo más estilosa.
