No, those prices can change according on sales and promotions.

We don’t make any price adjustment policy in products with discount.

DO WE REPLACE PRODUCTS WITH THE “SOLD OUT” INDICATION?

If the product is sold out we are going to try to replace it as soon as possible. If there was no stock, we would remove it from the web. Please write an email to matildecano@matildecano.es if you have any doubt.

AM I GOING TO RECEIVED THE SAME PRODUCT THAN THE PICTURE?

Yes, except products with handmade process that may have small variations comparing with the picture.

CAN I REMOVE A PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER?

Yes, from shopping basket you can remove the products that you don't want.

WHAT WAY OF PAYMENT CAN I USE TO DO MY PURCHASE?

As an international customer you can pay by credit card or PAYPAL.

Your credit card could declined for one of the next reasons:

• Your credit card could be expired. Check if your credit card doesn't exceed the validity date.
• Your card purchase limit may have been reached.
• Maybe some inserted information is wrong. Check that you filled all gaps correctly.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive it at the address you have chosen (home, job and so on. Never in post office box).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If the product is on stock you will receive it in 15 working days. If the product isn't on stock, we will contact with you as the delivery period may be extended to 30 days.

DELIVERY COUNTRY COULD BE DIFFERENT TO BUYING COUNTRY?

REFUND

SHOULD I PAY SOMETHING TO REQUEST A CHANGE OR REFUND?

No, changes and refunds are free. You will only have to pay the shipping costs.

WHICH IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We offer 15 days return period.

HOW CAN I DO A CHANGE OR RETURN?

You have to write an email to matildecano@matildecano.es with your order number. We will send you a transport agency to pick up your return at the address you have chosen.

IF A CHANGE IS MADE, CAN I RETURN THE NEW PRODUCT THAT I HAVE RECEIVED?

Yes, you have another 15 days to return your new product.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE MONEY PAID OF MY RETURN?

You will receive it by wire transfer in 10 -14 days depending on your bank.
